Everyone can use a tutor from time to time. Here are what a few different types of tutors can offer.

Having told Spicoli the whole year not to waste his class time, on the premise that he wouldn’t show up at Spicoli’s house to talk American history, Mr. Hand finally makes good on his threat.
The evening of the year-end dance, he shows up for a long talk. It’s a long, exhaustive talk that tests Spicoli’s limited, fractured knowledge, and ironically, it shows just the kind of hands-on attention a good tutor can offer.
English Tutor: Writing comes naturally for some, but even the best of writers need help from time to time refining their craft. A good English tutor can help fine tune a paper, offer feedback on what’s working and what isn’t, or clarify grammar and syntax.
